Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an Services Assistant to join our client in Edinburgh.

This is an ongoing temporary ongoing role with the hours of work to be Monday to Friday core business hours.

Working within their busy team, the successful candidate will join the team in providing support across the service covering a range of tasks.

Duties will include: - Accurately processing orders within a back office stock setting and uploading information onto internal systems for tracking and completion. - Dealing with high volume of stock /order requests coming into the team whilst working to ensure these are processed accurately. - Keeping on top of busy workload, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines. - Acting as a point of contact for the department for internal queries - Updating stock reports and basic data compilation The ideal candidate will have: - Previous stock experience and ability to pick up new processes quickly. - Experience of working independently and being able to manage workload. - Ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable to assist with additional tasks to meet business needs if required.

The successful candidates will be required to hold a Disclosure Scotland or be willing to apply for one.
