We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our client, a market-leading facilities management organisation, on a temporary basis.
Your Time at Work The successful candidate will support their client at their flagship offices by supporting the day-to-day operational management of the building and all visitors.
Responsibilities: - Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site-specific requirements - Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements - Arranging onward travel, including taxi and hotel bookings - Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance - Ensuring all breakout and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped - General duties as required The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role and be able to start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment.
