This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our prestigious client based in the Stockbridge area of Edinburgh. We require a Temporary Part Time Cleaning Supervisor for our client's site. (Please note this is an ongoing role with no end date).
Your Time at Work
Hours of work are 25 hours, Monday to Friday 1500-2000 daily; however, flexibility may be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily cleaning operations, including floor care and reactive cleaning tasks.
- Supervise, support, and organise your team, including rotas and training.
- Carry out audits, monthly performance checks, and safety walks.
- Manage cleaning materials and chemicals in line with COSHH regulations.
- Ensure all cleaning standards meet Sodexo and client expectations.
- Monitor performance, manage resources, and report any incidents.
- Provide cover and support additional hours where required.
