Our client has a requirement for a chemical process operator to work in their world class manufacturing site in Dalry. This role will work at the end of the manufacturing process and will require significant manual handling, involving handling 25kg bags of material on a regular basis. This is an ongoing temporary assignment.
Your Time at Work
This is primarily a day shift role: 07.45 - 16.00 Monday - Thursday, 07.45 - 14.30 Friday (37 hour week).
Our Perfect Worker
Candidates should have previous experience of working within a process environment such as the chemical industry or similar. The role will also involve the use of a counterbalance forklift truck, so a valid counterbalance certificate would be beneficial.
Key Information and Benefits
This is initially a temporary role with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. Due to the site location, own transport is preferred. Flexibility for shift working would be helpful as there may be opportunities to work alternative shifts in the future.
