Job Description Our client is currently seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team within the groundworks sector. The successful candidate will support the commercial management of projects, working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably. Assist with cost management and commercial control of groundworks projects ~ Measure works completed and assess subcontractor payments ~ Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure ~ 1-2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor (groundworks/civils experience preferred) ~ Good understanding of construction processes and commercial principles ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QS software packages This is an excellent opportunity for a newly quaified Quantity Surveyor who is looking to develop their career within a successful civil engineering business.
