Brightwork are pleased to be recruiting for a Showroom Manager on behalf of our client based in Inverurie on a full time, permanent basis. Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to: – Supervising sale assistants and chimney sweeps. – Maintaining high standards of the showroom, including displays. – Driving sales within the showroom, exceeding targets. – Planning and execution of sales promotions and events. – Managing the scheduling for the chimney sweep services and order flue materials and stoves. – Overseeing stock control. – Serving customers, completing the full process from viewing through to arranging installations (if required). – Any other duties as required. The successful candidate will have experience within a sales and customer service environment with a team orientated mindset. The ability to work independently and as a team is required alongside the ability to communicate effectively with all visitors that come into the showroom. Hours for the role are between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm, 5 days per week with occasional Saturdays off.
