We are looking for a Recruitment Account Co-ordinator to join our team supplying temporary workers to our clients' highly successful logistics organisation based in Bellshill.
Working as part of a fast-paced team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:
- Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers
- Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy
- Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
- Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently

Working Pattern
Due to the nature of our clients' business, the successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days on a rota basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric professional, committed to providing the highest standards of service provision within a client environment and who is looking to build their experience within the recruitment industry.
