This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with an exceptionally highly regarded organisation possessing a reputation for providing the highest standards of services to their enviable blue chip client base.

The role involves leading and managing Warehouse operations within a fast-moving production/manufacturing site. Your role duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing all Warehouse operational activities to ensure the highest standards of Warehouse service provision are delivered at all times.
  • Leading and managing all operational activities to meet company targets in relation to quality, delivery and cost.
  • Working closely with all internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Recruitment, mentoring and development of warehouse operational staff.
  • Managing and controlling materials supply ensuring consistent availability to meet all operational requirements.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of work environment and health and safety are maintained at all times.

You will have an in-depth background and experience managing all areas of operations within a dynamic, fast-paced warehousing environment. You will be a natural people leader and have led and supported lean/continuous improvement activities across all areas of warehousing activities. Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have first-class customer facing experience and be well versed in leading and managing client engagement.
