Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy distribution site for a leading UK supermarket.

Rate of Pay:

  • First 12 weeks:
    • 6am-2pm: £12.73 per hour
    • 2pm-10pm: £14.01 per hour
    • 10pm-6am: £15.06 per hour
  • Overtime is available after 37.5 hours and is paid at £19.09 per hour.
  • After 12 weeks:
    • 6am-2pm: £13.54 per hour
    • 2pm-10pm: £14.90 per hour
    • 10pm-6am: £16.02 per hour
  • Overtime is available after 40 hours and is paid at £20.31 per hour.
  • Bonus payment of 30p per hour extra for 90‑95% of targets and 50p per hour for 95% and above of targets!

Applicants:

  • Must be over the age of 18 and be able to work with pork and alcohol.
  • Various, flexible shifts available, including some weekends to meet business requirements.

Your Time at Work:

  • Working in a busy environment picking various products.
  • Working in a chilled environment with temperatures ranging from 2°C to 8°C.
  • Operating manual handling equipment to pick items for orders.
  • Working to targets set out for you by your supervisor.

Our Perfect Worker:

  • Keen eye for detail and works with accuracy to ensure that they are always selecting the best items for orders.
  • Able to follow instructions and have great communication skills (good understanding of English, both verbal and written).
  • Required to pass the Drug test; full training is provided.
