Brightwork are delighted to be partnering with a leading global drinks business to recruit an experienced Talent Engagement Lead on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the company’s continued growth across Europe - specifically partnering with the France business during a pivotal phase of expansion.
The successful candidate will lead commercial hiring efforts, ensuring the attraction and engagement of exceptional, diverse talent for this dynamic and fast-growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders in France to deliver outstanding end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert insight on hiring, talent mapping, and employer brand positioning.
- Build strong pipelines of high-calibre, diverse talent aligned with business needs and future growth.
- Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and influence talent strategy.
- Champion inclusion and diversity across all recruitment activity.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition / Talent Engagement professional within a large, fast-paced, and matrixed organisation.
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) — essential to effectively partner with the French market.
- Experience hiring in France, ideally within the CPG / FMCG sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to coach, advise, and challenge at a senior level.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and delivering through ambiguity.
