As our client enjoys further growth through contract wins, Brightwork is proud to be supporting Scotland’s leading provider of Traffic Management Services in the recruitment of High-Speed and General Operatives. Opportunities exist right now in either of their depots in Falkirk or North Lanarkshire. You will travel to various sites supporting essential works across highways, utilities, and events.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management systems
  • Supporting safe traffic flow on high-speed roads, highways, and work sites
  • Assisting with lane closures, diversions, and temporary signage
  • Working closely with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining high safety standards in line with industry regulations
What we’re looking for:
  • Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
  • Ability to travel to and from depot and job sites
  • Flexible approach to shift work
  • Lantra Qualifications (12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2)
  • Previous traffic management or similar experience
