The Role

Brightwork are delighted to be recruiting for our key client, a leading environmental services organisation as they continue to strengthen their position as a market leader across the UK and Ireland.

Based in Grantham, this HR Business Partner role will support a large, multi-site operation, providing both strategic and operational HR support.

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives, support organisational change, and promote best practice across a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and site managers.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and TUPE.
  • Coach and advise managers on best practice people management.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with legislation.
  • Analyse HR metrics and contribute to HR projects across the business.

About You

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident managing complex ER cases in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland.
