Brightwork’s client is currently recruiting a Senior Systems Business Analyst who will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the Applications blueprint for our client’s business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for applications integration and transition of mergers and acquisitions
- Responsible for systems / equipment integration and connectivity to support data exchange and controls
- Propose and/or review solutions to meet business needs
- Business process change request impact analysis
- Review and scoping of process changes with applications impacts
- Support strategies for streamlining IT/business processes, procedures and tasks in context of integrated Applications platform
- Business Process mapping and documentation
- Lead and / or support System and Applications implementation and integration
- Leads and assist projects teams with applications / solutions implementations and upgrades
- 2nd / 3rd line Functional support of business applications
- Support BPO / SMEs with functional testing, test plan development or other validation activities as required
- Liaise with 3rd parties / vendors / internal customers to assess and/or implement potential solutions where applicable
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of implementing business applications in a fast-moving environment
- Relevant degree eg IT/Engineering or appropriate experience
- Previous experience in similar position
- Strong technical IT skills preferably including use of SQL and other programming languages
- Strong business process mapping and problem-solving skills
- Experience on MES and ERP systems (preferably SAP and Opcenter)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
