About the Role

As Account Manager, you will combine relationship management with proactive selling. Success comes from strong outbound engagement with clients, building rapport, and identifying commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, supporting onboarding, and helping customers maximise the value of the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional service to strengthen long-term client loyalty
  • Engage clients daily via outbound calls
  • Promote and sell the full suite of services
  • Upsell and cross-sell, handling objections confidently
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and product setup
  • Provide training and ongoing support on systems and services
  • Track account activity, usage, and trends
  • Identify risks and opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results

Requirements

  • Proven outbound phone sales experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Analytical skills and experience using CRM systems, Excel, or dashboards
  • Full clean driving licence (occasional travel required)
