We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our client, a market-leading facilities management organisation, on a temporary basis.

Your Time at Work: The successful candidate will support their client at their flagship offices by supporting the day-to-day operational management of the building and all visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, organising inductions and site-specific requirements
  • Booking and facilitating meeting rooms and hospitality requirements
  • Arranging onward travel, including taxi and hotel bookings
  • Conducting daily site walkthroughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
  • Ensuring all breakout and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped
  • General duties as required
