The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers in the field, converting warm leads into sales, and building a strong presence within your local territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and converting warm sales opportunities through direct customer engagement
- Building rapport and trust with prospective customers
- Managing your own sales pipeline and activity levels to achieve and exceed targets
- Handling objections professionally and confidently
- Generating customer referrals and recommendations
- Representing the business positively within your assigned territory
- Contributing ideas and best practices to support wider team success
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, or direct sales experience
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A resilient, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- A full UK driving licence
