Brightwork are currently supporting one of our established clients with the recruitment of Customer Service Advisors to join their busy customer service team on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidates will be joining the client during a peak period! You will provide excellent customer service, support service users through their enquiry processes and keep in constant communication with them. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude! The rate of this pay is £14.50 ph and you will be paid weekly.

Duties will include:

  • Processing application forms and handling correspondence
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Working to both individual and department targets ensuring all service levels are met
  • Assisting with other departments across the business when required

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Good experience working within a customer service role, be confident speaking with customers over the telephone and handling customer enquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confident working with MS Office packages
