Job Overview

We are currently looking for hosts to join our client, The Loch Lomond Group at the AIG Women’s Open in Royal Lytham.

The Loch Lomond Group is an independent distiller, blender, and producer of some of the finest and rarest Scotch whiskies in the world, as well as a growing portfolio of other premium and super‑premium spirits and champagne.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of Loch Lomond Whiskies and Ben Lomond Gin at the AIG Women’s Open.
  • Support the smooth running of the stand, guide attendees, and ensure every guest feels valued.
  • Check in guests for hospitality at the bottom of the stairs as part of the Meet & Greet team.
  • Manage cloakroom and office usage.
  • Liaise with the bar team, Absolute Taste Caterers, and ensure any service issues are escalated.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and a naturally welcoming manner.
  • Customer‑service experience in events, hospitality, or luxury environments.
  • Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Smart, professional presentation.
  • Availability for the full event period: Wednesday 29th July to Sunday 2nd August.
  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Must be available between 09:30 and 19:00, 29th July to 2nd August.
