We’re supporting a large, high-growth business on a business-critical commercial hiring project and are looking for an immediately available Talent Engagement Manager to come in and deliver at pace. This is a high-volume, high-visibility contract partnering directly with senior commercial leaders to hire best-in-class, diverse junior sales and field-based talent across the GB market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of a large-scale commercial hiring programme
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the GB business on hiring strategy and delivery
- Managing volume hiring across multiple waves with tight timelines
- Building and managing talent pipelines and handling high-volume screening activity
- Leading and supporting assessment centre delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, inclusive recruitment, and best practice
- Using data and insight to track progress and drive outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- Strong in-house Talent Acquisition / Talent Engagement background
- Commercial / Sales hiring experience is essential
- FMCG or fast-paced consumer business experience highly desirable
- Proven experience delivering volume hiring and running assessment centres
- Confident managing and influencing multiple senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environments
- Available at short notice and happy to hit the ground running
