We’re supporting a leading technology organisation as they continue to scale their digital capability. They’re looking for a Product Lead to help shape, deliver and optimise a suite of workforce management solutions that support thousands of users across the UK. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of the product lifecycle, bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, engineers and designers to ensure products are intuitive, effective and aligned with organisational goals.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned products and features
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define vision, priorities and roadmaps
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
  • Analyse data and user feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support go‑to‑market activity, documentation and training materials
  • Help troubleshoot product issues and act as the link between technical teams and users

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a product‑related role such as Product Specialist, Product Analyst or Product Coordinator
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and business process mapping
  • Clear understanding of the full product lifecycle and user experience principles
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate technical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a digital, SaaS or technology environment
  • Exposure to BI tools or SQL for data analysis
  • Familiarity with UX and customer journey mapping
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO or BCS
