Brightwork are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company in the drinks industry. With continued expansion across international markets, the business is seeking a commercially driven sales professional to support the growth of its bulk spirits division.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and managing client relationships within the bulk spirits category. Acting as a key commercial contact, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring long-term client partnerships. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, alongside the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across supply and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new bulk spirits clients across target markets
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships, driving repeat business and account development
  • Deliver against sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and oversee client development strategy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of service and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supply requirements are met efficiently
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion within the bulk spirits sector

About You

  • Proven experience in spirits sales or supply within the drinks industry
  • Strong understanding of bulk spirits, ideally including Scotch whisky production and supply chains
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially astute with the ability to manage short and long-term sales objectives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
