Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our client on site at their team in Glasgow City Centre. This is an ongoing temporary role, full time within a fast paced team during a peak period of business. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday core business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and upload sensitive information onto internal databases while maintaining compliance standards.
  • Handle high volume of information and requests from the team, ensuring processing in line with SLA's.
  • Manage busy workload by prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the department.
  • Investigate and resolve onboarding account queries/issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service mindset, able to juggle enquiries while using internal systems.
  • Experience working with databases and running reports from these.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly.
  • Required to hold a current basic Disclosure Scotland or be willing to apply for one.
