Brightwork Ltd (part of the Staffline Group) is a vibrant recruitment business that is enjoying rapid growth through the successful delivery of recruitment solutions to a range of businesses from SME to global organisations. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join our team supplying temporary workers to our client's highly successful production organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfilling daily and weekly volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy
  • Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences
  • Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
  • Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently

Qualifications

  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem‑solving skills
  • You will have a customer‑centric mindset, always putting people first
  • A resilient, driven, and flexible approach
  • You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essential
  • You will have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customers
  • You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and customers

Working Hours

Your working hours would be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Your place of work will be our Glasgow Office with the option after training is complete of a hybrid working week split between office, client sites and hybrid home working with a minimum of 2 days from the office. Driving licence and own car is essential as your role will require you to travel to client sites.
