Brightwork have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Executive Assistant to join our client, a high profile organisation at their offices in Glasgow City Centre. This is an ongoing temporary role on a hybrid working basis. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday – business hours.
Working within a busy team, the successful candidate will provide key support to the Senior Team.
Responsibilities:- High level admin and coordination support to the senior team – utilizing Microsoft packages each day.
- Diary management – scheduling meetings and amendments to schedules.
- Prioritising a busy workload whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Manage and coordinate complex travel itineraries, both national and international, including pre‑travel preparation and country briefings.
- Responsible for day to day communication on behalf of the Executive with external individuals, organisations and government bodies.
- Provide a senior administrative service to a portfolio of meetings, including planning agendas, minute taking and submitting appropriate reports/draft paper and follow‑up actions.
- Undertake other work as may be required, which is consistent with the nature of the job and commensurate to the level of responsibility, and willingly lend support to colleagues when possible.
