Brightwork are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join a Glasgow based firm, to support the delivery and growth of performance-led digital marketing activity, with a strong emphasis on search marketing. This role would suit someone with hands-on experience across SEO and paid search campaigns, who is comfortable working with data, optimisation and reporting to drive measurable results. The position offers the opportunity to work across multi-channel digital campaigns for a diverse client base, supporting both organic and paid search performance while collaborating closely with senior marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on SEO and paid search.
- Manage and optimise SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content performance.
- Support and manage paid search (PPC) campaigns, including keyword strategy, ad copy, optimisation, and performance monitoring.
- Track, analyse, and report on performance across search, PPC and website activity.
- Produce regular performance reports and insights to support marketing decision-making.
- Use data to identify opportunities for improving visibility, traffic quality, and lead generation.
- Support wider digital activity across channels, including social and email marketing where required.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital output.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support campaign delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on search marketing.
- Practical experience managing or supporting SEO initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience reporting on campaign and channel performance.
- Comfortable working with data and using insights to inform optimisation and improvements.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience working within an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
