Brightwork are excited to be looking for a Scaffolder, this role is with an exceptional company who are right at the top of their game! Based within the Moray area but able to cover Scotland you will be involved in some of the best and most exciting jobs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently across domestic sites
- Leading from the front and supervising a small team including labourers
- Working with the planning team to keep installations and removals running smoothly
- Making sure all scaffolding is safe, compliant, and ready for use
- Keeping safety at the centre of everything, especially when working at height
- Organising equipment, materials, and transport efficiently
- Spotting risks early and dealing with issues before they become problems
- Keeping sites clean, tidy, and well organised
- Bringing ideas to improve workflow and team efficiency
Who You’ll Work With
- Project teams to keep work on track and sites ready
- Installation teams to ensure safe and easy access
- QHSE team to maintain high safety and quality standards
- Leadership team to support growth and improvements
What You’ll Need
- CISRS Part 2 minimum, Advanced preferred
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of health and safety and working at height
- Good planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel and occasional overnight stays (allowance provided)
