This role is being advertised by Brightwork Ltd and we require a Weekend Cafe Manager for our client’s busy cafe in the EH5 area of Edinburgh.

Hours of work: Saturday and Sunday, 09:30-16:30.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective day-to-day organisation of goods by restocking from kitchen stores or gift shop supplies.
  • Flag when re-ordering is required; check off deliveries, price-label stock, warehousing stock, and order food stock.
  • Keep stock levels appropriate and monitor stock turnover.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and café manager as required.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and frequently work on several tasks at once.

Key Information and Benefits:

£21.39 per hour for Saturday and Sunday.
