Your leadership skills will directly impact and shape the success of the business in which you will have an integral role in ensuring all daily operational activities are effectively delivered, driving efficiency, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of sitewide operations and production.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating, managing and developing operational teams
  • Ensuring all operational and production activities meet company, client and industry / regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring all operational and production activities meet company goals and targets in relation to quality, cost and delivery
  • Monitoring daily workflows, managing associated resources and coordinating with all operational teams and associated stakeholder groups to meet production schedules
  • Leading, driving and managing operational Continuous Improvement activities, identifying and eliminating waste and streamlining operational production processes
  • Promoting a strong and effective work environment ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety are promoted and achieved

A decisive and motivating leader, you will have a wealth of experience leading and motivating teams within a volume, regulated production environment - direct working knowledge of the FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Drinks industries would be a distinct advantage. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating exceptional operational planning and problem-solving skills. You will have an in-depth working knowledge of delivering continuous improvement activities and results whilst maintaining product quality and meeting all delivery timescales.
