Johnnie Walker Princes Street – Temporary Retail Associate Location: Edinburgh Pay rate: £12.85 per hour Job type: Temporary Our prestigious client, Johnnie Walker Princes Street, is currently looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who will be responsible for processing deliveries/transfers, sending shipments (UK/International paperwork), maintaining inventories and updating records, as well as assisting customer enquiries over the phone/email. The role also supports the store team with customer requests and item personalisation (engraving). The candidate must be a motivating presence, creating a collaborative work environment both back and front of house. Facilitating operational excellence and top-class customer service, contributing to the achievement of store financial goals. Responsibilities Administer all company policies and procedures. Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies and related paperwork. Investigate any stock errors or discrepancies, escalating concerns where necessary to the Management Team. Maintain and build interdepartmental communication to ensure excellent staff experience and customer service. Maintain and organize the stockroom to high operational standards. Create systems to maximize space in the stockroom and make merchandise easily accessible for staff. Ensure stock handling areas are kept clean and orderly, adhering to Health previous sales and operations experience wanted. Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.
