The Role
As a Junior HR Administrator, you will provide essential support to the HR team in delivering a high-quality, people-focused HR service.
This role offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, HR systems, payroll administration, and wider HR operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly while supporting employees and managers across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities for new employees across Europe.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Prepare HR documentation, contracts, letters, and employment-related correspondence.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities including offers, probation reviews, performance reviews, promotions, salary changes, and employee departures.
- Support learning and development initiatives and training administration.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Assist with employee wellbeing initiatives and support programmes.
- Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team.
- Handle confidential employee information in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.
- Carry out additional HR administrative duties as required.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop a career in Human Resources and gain broad exposure within a modern HR function.
You will have
- A degree, diploma, or qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. Candidates currently working towards a CIPD qualification are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within an HR or office environment, although candidates with transferable skills and a strong interest in HR will also be considered.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to build positive and professional working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
