This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our prestigious client in the Dalkeith area and require temporary full-time catering staff for our clients' sites.

Your Time at Work

Hours of work are Monday to Friday circa 10:00-17:00; however, flexibility is required as hours are subject to change. This role will involve some weekend work.

Main duties include:

  • Food preparation
  • Simple cooking
  • Temperature checks
  • Service at hot plate and salad bar
  • Till work
  • Kitchen cleaning
  • Any other duties required in a busy canteen environment
  • Hospitality duties required for this role - plated lunch and dinner service

Interested candidates are required to have previous catering experience and have food hygiene training (ideally a food hygiene certificate).
