We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Assistant to join our client, at their site in Stirling on a full time temporary basis.
Supporting their client at their site β the successful candidate will support the day-to-day operational management of the building and all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, assisting with enquiries and queries
Assisting with larger bookings and their accompanying hospitality requirements
Resolving any customer complaints or issues, escalating to senior team where appropriate
Conducting daily site walk throughs to check cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
Ensuring all central and public areas are in good order, fully stocked and prepped
General administrative duties as required by the team
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a similar role and will be able to start immediately and commit to a temporary role.
