We are currently recruiting for a full-time Production Operator to join our team based in Cumbernauld. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, supportive team, working on the assembly of motors used in small machinery and robotics. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Your Time at Work

  • Assemble motors and components in line with technical specifications
  • Use power tools and basic electronic equipment safely and effectively
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
  • Follow standard operating procedures and assembly instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Work closely within a team of four to achieve production targets

  • Previous experience in a similar production or assembly role is preferred
  • Confident using power tools and ideally experienced with basic electronics
  • Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
