Our client is currently recruiting a General Operator/360 Operator where you will be responsible for moving, lifting, loading and unloading materials for recycling or disposal, whilst adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators to perform tasks such as lifting, and material handling in accordance with project specifications.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate streams.
- Monitor and control continuous flow of materials in the factory.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relating to forklift including conducting routine inspections and maintenance of the forklift.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets, supporting overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment, ensuring work areas are free of hazards.
Please note you may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role.
