Brightwork is recruiting a Business Support Manager to work for a well‑known organization based in Edinburgh. The role is ongoing temporary, with hybrid working (Mon‑Fri). The successful candidate will support governance and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of governance activity, including meeting schedules, agendas, papers and forward plans.
- Assist with the coordination of the Annual Report & Accounts, helping gather contributions, track progress and support quality checks.
- Help maintain and update business continuity documentation and directorate plans.
- Track organisational actions and follow up updates with teams to support timely delivery.
- Prepare clear summaries, briefings and updates to support senior colleagues.
- Act as a helpful point of contact for governance‑related and corporate queries.
- Contribute to improving templates, trackers and ways of working to support efficiency.
- Provide flexible support to agreed corporate priorities during peak periods.
