Brightwork, in partnership with our well-established and highly successful drinks manufacturing organization, is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for Production Operators to join their reputable facility in Bathgate. This is a valuable temporary position with the potential for ongoing employment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00, with overtime available as required by business needs.
Hourly rate: £12.63, with overtime opportunities available.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of proven work history for reference purposes
- Prior experience in the drinks industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating the bottling line to ensure the product meets customer specifications
- Monitoring the production process and performing basic testing and quality checks
- Properly packaging the finished product to ensure readiness for shipment
- Receiving comprehensive training and having the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent teamwork. Attention to detail, patience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are essential qualities. Prior experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Associate, or Factory Operative is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
