We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Drivers Mates to join our team, for an established logistics operation in Bellshill.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
As a Drivers Mate, your duties will include:
- Assisting the driver with the delivery of furniture to homes and flats.
- Loading and unloading heavy stock safely and efficiently.
- Helping to ensure deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards.
- Supporting with vehicle checks and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Handling delivery paperwork and obtaining proof of delivery where required.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers and store teams.
- Following all health and safety procedures while on the road and at delivery sites.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to carry out manual handling tasks and work in a physically demanding role.
- A reliable and punctual approach to work.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts when required.
- Previous warehouse, delivery, or Drivers Mate experience is beneficial but not essential.

- Pay Rate: £13.15 for weekdays, £14.00 for weekends
