Brightwork are recruiting for a customer focused Client Coordinator to work with our fast paced client covering their sites near Glasgow. Working within their busy recruitment team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Recruitment Team and hiring managers to ensure the daily administration and provision of recruitment processes.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment procedures for assigned vacancies
- Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance with regards to timescales and the recruitment process
- Arranging interviews both on and off site
- Processing offer letters and ensuring new starters are linked to HR/Payroll systems
The successful candidate will:
- Have a full drivers license and access to own vehicle due to site based location
- Have experience working within a busy customer service function and handling multiple tasks
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbally and be confident liaising with contacts across all levels of the organisation
- Be proficient with all MS Office packages and pick up new systems/procedures with ease
