Join Our Team as a Receptionist

Location: Chesterfield

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Receptionist to join the growing team at Brightwell. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Chesterfield office whilst delivering high quality reception duties and administrative support to senior leaders. The role is highly visible, people focused and central to creating a professional, welcoming and efficient working environment, with training provided.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all staff, clients and visitors, acting as the first point of contact both in person and virtually.
  • Manage shared inboxes, responding promptly and professionally to queries.
  • Oversee the visitor process, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support new starters and contractors with onboarding tasks such as issuing security passes.
  • Maintain high standards across kitchens, pantries, vending areas and stationery hubs, including stock ordering and replenishment.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, including coordinating catering and ensuring rooms remain clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Support the monthly newsletter in collaboration with the Communications Manager.
  • Manage locker allocation and general storage organisation.
