Brightwell is seeking a Pensions Finance Manager to lead and develop the Pensions Finance team across Pension Risk Transfer schemes. You will ensure efficient, compliant accounting processes, produce client reports, and support onboarding of new clients.
You will also manage payroll and other pension-related transactions, build relationships with client teams and auditors, and help drive continuous improvement across finance operations.
