I'm looking for an Internal Sales Specialist for a leading hardware company based in Lisburn. You will be part of the wider Sales team and help support the growth and development of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound telephone and email sales to promote existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
  • Upselling and maximising the value of the orders with existing clients
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with customers to inform them of any order discrepancies or stock issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
  • Provide internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives

Key requirements:

  • Experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Able to use own initiative and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
