I’m looking for an enthusiastic Sales Support Executive to join a well-established and dynamic Sales team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving business growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact existing and prospective customers by phone and email to promote new products, special offers, and clearance stock.
- Build strong relationships with customers while identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise order value.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate with customers regarding stock availability or order discrepancies, offering suitable alternative products where required.
- Provide day-to-day sales support to the Field Sales team, helping them deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure customer needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
Key requirements
- Previous experience in an Inside Sales, Internal Sales, or Customer Service role.
