I am working with a well-established real estate company in Belfast who are looking for an experienced Property Manager. In this role, you would be looking after properties in the greater Belfast area and building relationships with tenants and landlords. This is a Monday - Friday role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties in the great Belfast area
- Manage landlord and tenant relationships from move in right through to the tenants leaving
- Handle inquiries or complaints and deal with them promptly
- Organise property maintenance and coordinate repairs
- Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with local laws
Experience/Requirements
- At least one year’s experience in property management, lettings or property sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
