I’m looking for an Inside Sales Specialist for a leading hardware company based in Belfast. You will be part of the wider Sales team and help support the growth and development of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound telephone and email sales to promote existing and new products, special offers and discontinued stock
- Upselling and maximising the value of the orders with existing clients
- Processing orders
- Liaising with customers to inform them of any order discrepancies or stock issues and offer a suitable alternative product where necessary
- Provide internal sales support to the Field Sales Representatives
Key requirements:
- Experience in a similar internal sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
