Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship using your compassion.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents\’ care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage participation in community programs and activities.

Salary Range

USD $20.00 – USD $23.00 /Hr.

The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers depend on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people!
• You possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA-Medication Aide is a plus.
