Valuation Surveyor – FULLY REMOTE
We are working with an independent property firm who have recently expanded their services into their West Midlands. As part of this expansion they are currently recruiting for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their team.
Working with the Regional Valuation Director you will be responsible for producing a variety of valuation reports for banks, bespoke lenders, developers, corporates and investors.
Work will include loan security valuation reports, valuations for accounting purposes, residential development valuations, portfolio valuations and valuation for tax and probate purposes.
Candidates must be RICS Registered Valuers with experience working within the commercial sector. You will be able to manage your own work load and have excellent communication skills.
