We are working with an independent Ecological consultancy firm who are looking to grow their Ecology team in the Midlands by appointing an Ecologist or Senior Ecologist.

Working with a highly successful Ecology team you will be responsible for providing a range of Ecological advice to various clients including landowners, housebuilders, commercial developers and investors.

The role willinvolveavarietyofoffice andecologyfieldwork including organising and carrying out surveys, desk studies, protected species surveys (newts, bats, badgers), Ecological Clerk of Works duties, and producing / contributing to client reports. On a wider basis you will help to mentor Graduates in the team and contribute to the growth of the service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience working as Ecologist, ideally as part of consultancy team. You will need a full driving licence and ideally be working towards CIEEM membership.

  • Birmingham or Worcester office base. Mainly REMOTE working.
