As part of our Alternative Provision Programme, you will contribute to the provision of a service to young people aged 11–18 years old from a wide variety of backgrounds; supporting young people to remain in education, promote positive and health choices and reduce risks associated with anti-social behaviour and exploitation.
Our Alternative Provision Programme uses the sport of Boxing to inspire, engage and connect. At Brightstar, we are dedicated to drive achievement and positive behaviour changes in every young person referred to us. Education does not have to be a linear path; our alternative education provisions aim to engage young people and show them there is always an available route to achieving.

The Role
As a Growth Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of Brightstar's Alternative Provision programmes across the West Midlands. This is a target-driven sales and partnership role focused on building relationships with schools, generating referrals, and securing new programme placements for young people who need alternative education pathways. You will proactively engage with headteachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams and local authorities to introduce Brightstar's programmes and demonstrate the positive impact they deliver. Success in this role will be measured through clear KPIs including new school partnerships, referral growth, and programme placements.

Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, contact and engage schools across the West Midlands to introduce Brightstar's Alternative Provision Futures programme.
- Generate new leads through phone outreach, meetings, networking and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with headteachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams and education professionals.
- Convert new relationships into programme referrals and placements.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential school partners.
- Represent Brightstar professionally at meetings, presentations and local education events.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build long-term partnerships with schools and local authorities to ensure ongoing referrals.
- Identify opportunities to expand Brightstar's programmes into new schools and areas.
- Support the development of corporate and community partnerships that strengthen the organisation's growth.
- Track outreach, referrals and placements to measure performance against KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of activity, partnerships and opportunities.
- Produce performance reports and insights for the Senior Leadership Team.
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and growth.
- Represent Brightstar's mission and values in every interaction with partners.
- Support the organisation's vision of empowering young people through sport, education and mentoring.
- Continually develop knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and how they support young people's success.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture focused on growth and impact.
