- Perform a range of treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

- Stay current with beauty trends, products, and best practices.
- Deliver consistent treatment quality to brand and training standards.

- Comply with all health & safety, hygiene, and safeguarding procedures.

- Handle treatment equipment and products responsibly.
- Treat all guests and colleagues with fairness and respect.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Promote sustainability within spa operations (e. g., recycling, water use).
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards including any hotel-specific brand standards.
- Complete all E-learning and mandatory training within required timeframes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, calm, and professional approach.
- Knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty treatment techniques.
- High standards of hygiene, discretion, and presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple bookings.
- Flexible and proactive team player.
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) (required).
- Trained in Lava Shell and Hot Stone massages (preferred)
- Experience in a spa, salon, or hotel setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with luxury skincare or wellness brands (preferred).
- Additional holistic therapy or advanced skincare training (advantageous).
Hours and dates can be discussed at the interview but the ideal candidate will be available every other weekend as a minimum.
