Objectives of this role

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Work closely with couples and clients to understand their vision and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments (banquet, catering, AV, housekeeping) to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Manage event budgets, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
